Why is my account is not active?

If you get an error saying that your account is not active, you didn't click on the link that was sent to you in an email. No worries, when you try to log in, there's a link on which you can click to resend the activation email.
You need to activate your account because we need to check if the email address you've registered with is really yours.

Combination

How can I add a combination?

To add a combination to a course, you need to have an account and be logged in. If you haven't got an account, you can register for free. Next, you need to find the competition you want to enter. You can search by using the search bar at the top of each page.
Once you've find the competition, you'll get an overview of it's courses. Click on a course to view all the subscriptions. If the course isn't full or closed, you'll see an 'add' link next to each start number. Click on it to add yourself.

How can I change a combination?

If you haven't confirmed your order, you can still remove the combinations you've subscribed. You have two ways to do this. The first one is by going to your current order by clicking on 'shopping cart' at the top left of the screen and then on 'view cart' or by clicking on your name on the top right and then on 'orders'.
You'll see an overview of your current order. Besides each row, you'll see a link to change or remove a combination. The second way is to navigate to the course you've entered and click on the change or remove link besides your start number.

If you have confirmed your order, the only way the change it, is to contact us.

What is an order?

An order is a collection of combinations. You can subscribe yourself or someone to one or more competitions at once. In the order you'll find an overview of the subscriptions and the total to pay.

How can I view my orders?

All your orders can be viewed by clicking on your name at the top right of the screen. In the drop-down you'll find a link to your orders.

Why do I need to confirm my order?

Some orders need to be confirmed. You must pay your order at the club on the day of the competition. By confirming your order, you're indicating that the combinations you've subscribed are correct. If you don't confirm your order, your start numbers will become available after some time and the combinations will be removed.
